Firstly, parking was very convenient — we used the nearby Q-Park, which was just a 3-minute walk away and had plenty of available spaces. Although the restaurant is tucked away in a rather busy area, the interior was calm, comfortable, and pleasantly spacious. The service was prompt, and every dish we ordered was absolutely delicious — no further explanation needed! We were also able to take advantage of the oyster happy hour, which runs before 6pm. It was a great opportunity to enjoy fresh oysters as a starter at a very reasonable price. And the mojito? Easily the best I’ve had in a long time — refreshing, well-balanced, and perfectly mixed.

Every time I visit Cental, I visit this Burger and Lobster branch which in my opinion is the Best branch. I've had a great experience during every single visit and the staff are always willing to help. The food is incredible, my usual order is the lobster roll, but I also recommend the croquettes & grilled prawns. We tried the beef burger, plant burger and corn ribs this time and they were all delicious that we carried on eating even after being stuffed to the brim. I can't forget to mention the creative cocktails, they are seasonal so you might not find the same drink again on the menu but there's always an exciting selection. I'm already looking forward to visiting again.

Delicious food and great atmosphere. Also very friendly staffs. The wagyu ribs are alright, the sweet sauce does not pair the best with the ribs. We’ve ordered a roll combo, which comes with a fresh and slightly zesty lobster roll, and a juicy 5oz beef burger. The lobster roll pairs very well with the garlic butter cause. The house fries and salad served along side are alright. Then, the chicken burger is tender and juicy, with the nice buttery toasted buns and mashed avocado inside. It would be great if more veggies are in the burger. The sweet potato fries is the most surprising part, being crispy on the outside, while light and sweet inside. We’ve also tried the half lobster set. The lobster is fresh and delicious, but can have a more grilled flavour to it. The portions are very generous, and is pretty good in terms of price. Really enjoyed our Mother's Day lunch. Lobster croquette starter was amazing! Lobster rolls were lovely and my burger was the best I can remember having for a long while. 4 stars on service as mains were served before starters were cleared, other than that it was great. Will definitely return.

If I could give 6 STARS .... I would! What a great place! Fantastic food, quality and generous portions. Good vibes, cool, relaxed ambiance for my birthday lunch. We loved the rare groove/ jazz background music. Very classy and worth every penny. Alex was our lovely waiter who friendly, polite and professional. Couldn’t finish my food ... so had to take it home for later... LUCKY ME!!

I booked this place like 8 weeks in advance. The booking system was great. We showed up 35 mins before our reservation and were accommodated with a great booth table upstairs. The food was exceptional. The lobster was grilled to utter perfection, fries were ultra thin and epic, and the butter garlic lemon sauce was insanely good. My friends really enjoyed the burger and lobster combos. Great menu. Bit of a wait for food but that was fine as the ambience and decor was very nice, although the music was a tiny bit too loud. I had the Singapore Sling cocktail which was exactly what you would get in the Raffles Hotel in SG, amazing! I could see the chefs working really hard with a lot of food coming out of the kitchen at pace, and the staff on the floor were incredibly attentive and available. Overall, an unmissable establishment if you love great quality seafood of the highest standard for decent prices in the heart of the west end, it is here. I can't wait to come back! Thank you!

Came here for dinner before theatre. Service was friendly and the atmosphere was bustling. The Lobster Croquette was crispy and creamy, but there was no lobster to detect. The Lobster Roll was really good with fresh, bright and tender lobster meat in a buttery bun. The Chicken Burger was nice and juicy with a nice and spicy sauce. The Brownie for dessert was really good too. Overall a really good experience and a full recommendation.
